We want you to love your Stila purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for products purchased on our website within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that items must be in their original packaging and gently used or unused to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
After submitting your request, a prepaid USPS return shipping label will be generated for you to print at home.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized USPS location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
